Inquiry

For my inquiry I chose my IIP because I had to do research on my topic. I knew a little
about the subject so that is what interested me. Some of the questions that I asked were the
origins of ISIS and other topics relating to the group. I had to find information that others would
find interesting because I was trying to convince my group to research my topic. I went to many
different sources of news to find information. I found press speeches with Obama and many
news articles on the matter.
I found information like that they were an unstoppable force. They are not being deterred
by any airstrike or force that they are facing. They are hurting the innocent civilians and causing
destruction wherever they go. Unfortunately I was not able to convince my group to do my topic
for the CIP but I was able to include something concerning the military in my portion of the
CIP.
