1. What do you see as your current strengths as an Outdoor Recreation Leadership and
Management (OLRM) major?
My strengths as an Outdoor Recreation Leadership Management student would be. I am very
easy to get along with, I work well with others and enjoy everything that this field of study has to
offer.
2. What do you see as your current challenges (weakness) as an OLRM major?
My weakness in this major would be I am shy at first but am working on changing this.
3. What will you do in the future to improve OLRM skills?
I would love to continue working for the United States Forest Service, so I can help preserve
land and teach other how to preserve our environment.
4. In what OLRM areas would you most like to improve?
I would like to improve in the teaching aspect so I can help future generation preserve our
environment.
