Miss Elliott was employed forthe summer season in 2014, during which time she was employed ‘8 a summer camp counsellor. Asa counsellor it was Miss Elliot's responsibilty to manage a small group of children, fecilitate activities, show utmost empathy to her campers, take care of ‘the campers for a weeklong overnight stay, and most importantly be their leader, mentor, and friend ‘Miss Elliott was a phenomenal employee. Her stengths were centered around her timeliness, positive work attitude, and her excellent ability to mentor the children and youth that attended ‘our Ranch, Jenessa was a vety postive influence on her co-workers, as she was more. experienced than many of her coworkers, allowing me to uiliz her strengths as a teacher not ‘only for her campers, but also forthe betterment of her coworkers, setting a new standard of {quality counselling and excellence as an employee.
