Third Meeting
Date 10/7/2014

Time 10:30

Agenda: Learning plan

At this meeting we went through my learning plan as I take it one after the other and read out
goals and how she can help me to achieve it. After going through all the learning plan my
supervisor explained to me that with the she was not in charge of grant writing and therefore had
to arrange for me to meet with the one in charge. To be able to achieve my goal in the planning
and evaluating of programs and services, she said I had to come in every first Tuesday of the
month because that was when they met to plan programs.

Fourth Week
It wasnt a planned meeting. I was pulled out by my supervisor in one of our daily activities to
discuss how I was improving in my internship. I was fair when i told her I was enjoying my time
with them but needed to get more of the Administration experience and she said she was going to
do something about it. She also asked me what I would do differently if I were the one in charge
of the program. I told her l would involve religious groups and community groups such as the
Civic Associations in programs that will involve the community and the agency. This would help
strengthen the relationship between the community and the agency.
