Issue
User gets "Cannot open Spec Page #1” error when trying to open a specification. User has access to temporary
folder.

Resolution
Check the following items:
1, Verify if File -> Preferences -> General -> Temporary folder path is set and vali¢.
2, Verify if File -> Preferences -> Specifications -> Export/Import - PSR working folder Is set and valid
3. Check for missing file: C:\Program Files\SmartPlant\Instrumentation\spiZipMar.dll
(On Citrix: \\citrixserver\SmartPlantUserHome\USERNAME Program Files\SmartPlant\Instrumentation)
4, Run Rebuild Stored Procedures and Triggers
Check the Intools.ini file DBParm line
Run Rebuild Catalog Tables
Rebuild Default Views in Domains
After the upgrade, did you regenerate all the pages? If no ~ then regenerate them.
Run CheckD8 ~ latest CheckDB should be ran for integrity
10. delete ¢_bo_ora.pbl file in Yeuserprofile%
If user switches between 32-bit and 64-bit OS workstation, they will need to fix this path appropriately each time.

1. Invalid path
2, User write access to specified paths
3. Missing DLL file
