1) COURSE PRESENTATION
Course objective:
At the end of the course, the students should be capable of:
Plan and manage small and medium projects
Analyse situations
Communicate with partners

Prerequisite:
To take this course, the student must have English reading skill. The course is self sufficient
and no background in Project Management is required.

Content:
Definition of real needs, anticipation, analysis and identification of necessary skills
Organize the projects in steps
Plan resources
Manage project parameters
Communicate with partners
Use the suitable tools
Building solutions
