(Sect. 9 (3) (c)) Fails to gi reasons ¥v (sect. 9 Report to DGIR (4)) DGIR Is authorized to: 1. Take any steps to resolve the disputes (Sect.9 (14) 2. Request for necessary info from TU or employer to resolve the dispute. (Sect. 94(2)(a) 3. Refer to the DGTU for decision on the competence of the TU: a. Membership check b. Secret ballot ¥ Ifnot resolved + Refer to Minister of HR. (Sect: 9 (4c). If more than 50% of the employees belong to the union, MOHR will grant recognition (Sect. 9 (5)). Decision cannot be questioned. (Sect. 9(6))
