Apple Cinnamon Muffin

Ingredients
Butter
2 cups
Castor sugar
2 cups
Eggs
5
Baking powder
2 tsp
Refined flour
2 cups
Milk
500 ml
Vanilla essence
few drops or 1 tsp
Apple, chopped
cup
Cinnamon powder
tsp
Preparation method
Sieve together refined flour & baking powder.
Cream butter and sugar till light fluffy and gradually add egg 2-3 at a time till mixture is light.
Add vanilla essence.
Fold in the refined flour in the above mixture.
Add milk and mix well.
Fold the apple and cinnamon powder into the batter.
Grease the mould and pour the batter into it. Top with a few apple dices.
Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and dust cinnamon powder and icing sugar.
