Almond Kulfi

It is a famous Indian ice cream that is delicious and makes a great dessert for parties.
Ingredients
Almonds (peeled and grind ed):- 1 Cup
Condensed milk: - 1-1/2 Cup
Whipped cream: - 1 Cup
Powdered cardamom: - tsp
Pistachios (chopped):- Cup
Saffron: - Pinch
Tools required
Bowl
Conical mould
Preparation method
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except saffron and pistachios.
Beat the mixture well for five minutes to make it tender.
In a conical mould, pour this mixture and then sprinkle some saffron strands and chopped pistachios on
top.
Place it in a fridge for at least 10 hours.
Serve chilled.
