There appears to be a global trend of Islamisation that is also impacting
Kyrgyzstan in this post Soviet Era. What are your thoughts about this trend and do you think it will become more pronounced over time through to 2030?
Kyrgyzstan is a constitutionally secular country but the population is
predominantly Muslim. How do you think this phenomenon will impact the countrys social fabric and its citizens perceptions of their national identity?

Is the Kyrgyzstan government doing enough to balance the equation of
the extraction of natural resources (by activities such as mining of minerals, extraction of oil and gas etc) and performing such extraction sustainably to reduce environmental degradation?
What is the water situation like in Kyrgyzstan on a day-to-day basis (i.e.
do most people get clean running water when they turn on taps in their homes or is water rationed and water only comes out from taps certain days in a week or month)? Do you think that there is a stark difference between the availability of water in the urban city center of Kyrgyzstan versus the rest of the country that is largely rural?
