RISK ASSESSMENT:

The table below will be taken with us every time we film. Each check will be done properly before
filming and every member will be aware this is happening on set. Only once the checks have been
done can we film.

Type of risk:
Location (for each one)
Visible loose
wiring/floorboards/safe
environment.
First Aid Kit.
Known Whereabouts (others
know we are filming).
Adequate surroundings (bare
minimal on set).
Any props that are on set
all known to each member
(no accidents).
