I. Objectives:
After the activity, the students should have:
Learned the 5 basic entities to measure in science.
Identified the difference between the basic entities to measure in science.
Known the importance of measurements.
II. Materials:
(2) Bottled water (Not necessarily full)
(1) Beaker
(1) Ruler

(1) Thermometer
(1) Weighing Scale
(1) Stopwatch [can be your cell phone]

III. Procedure:
You were given 2 plastic bottles and here is what youre going to do with it:
Take the length (in which where the level or depth of the water in the bottle), temperature, and
volume of both bottles.
Put bottle A under the heat of the sun and bottle B anywhere inside the room but not exposed
to the heat of the sun. Let it be for 5 minutes.
After the given time retake the temperature, length, and volume of the water in the bottle and
take note.
