Dear Sir,
I am writing as an answer to your letter about complaining of my students behavior in your
hotel. I am their teacher and also the event organizer. I would like to make it clear to you
about what happened the last two nights.
Firstly, in the first night when you considered it to be extremely noisy because of my students,
well it is not completely true. I know that they were kind of noisy, but they are kids from the
first year and they like to party, moreover your hotel had some other guests and they mostly
participated at the noise because of their drunkenness.After seeing your drunken guests, I told
my students to go in one room and stay quiet there and believe me, they were kept extremely
busy during the night with some studying I gave them to.
I must also say that your decision for the students of my collage will be no longer permited in
your hotel is very badly taken from us. We dont understand why didnt you came in person
to the hotel to see what is happening. About breaking some chairs from the kitchen is kind of
a lie because the where already broken when we came there and about the graffiti from the
wall was also done by your drunken guests. Dont blame us any more .
I very much hope you consider reevaluating what has done and investigate precisely with the
police may I add as a solution.
