Teenagers hang out on the streets too much

How would you solve above-mentioned problem in your community?

To begin with, I want to talk about the factors that result in this
problem. In my opinion, the major factor steams from strict
restrictions that are imposed on teenagers. I think it is obvious that
there is a need for every human to have a connection with the members
of opposite sex. I mean to say, a connection based on moral values, not
in the way it is defined and common in Western countries. Nowadays,
most of teenagers have a chip on their shoulder caused by strict
restrictions. As a result, they resort to using some shameful styles and
clothing, as well as hanging out on the streets in order to attract the
members from the opposite sex. Unfortunately, if we think thats the
end of the matter, we are mistaken; because it is followed by some
social disasters such as rape, murder, mental illness, etc. So the only
solution to this problem seems to be relaxing restrictions on
interaction between boys and girl. For instance, it would be helpful if
schools go fully co-educational. But it is worth mentioning that some
restrictions are still needed to be placed on teenagers.
The second factor which may be of secondary importance is lack of
recreational facilities in our country, especially in cities like Tabriz. So
what can a teenager from our country do in his free time? Actually,
there are only three possible choices for them: staying at home and
doing indoor activities, going to few monotonous places available in the
city and the last option is wandering the streets. It is not hard to
guess that quite a few of the teenagers choose the last choice.

So, it is necessary to provide more facilities for leisure and recreation,

as well as improving them. But I have to say, all in all, wandering
teenagers is an inevitable fact!
