Instruction (a5 45.7)
Students were able to follow the
instructor's demonstrations. The steps in
the lesson were carefully prepared. As
the lesson progressed, some instruction
became fluid as the instruction changed a
little. When students were divided into
‘two groups, to practice the routine. As
each group performed, behaviors were
controlled by telling them to pay attention
because they were going to battle against
each other after each group presented.
They all appeared to have fun.

‘As stated earlier, the history of Wade
Robson’s career was used to introduce the
concept of hip hop. Ms. Johnson created
an environment in which all students were
willing to try. They were not intimidated
by their ability levels, which varied. The
lesson was grammatically sound, with
appropriate content.
