    diskpart

    list disk
    select disk 1 (replace 1 with the number refelecting your pen drive..or external
    hdd.)
    clean
    create partition primary size=4000 (here you specify the size of the partition)
    active
    format fs=fat32 quick
    assign letter=x
    copy all installation files to x:
    d:(where d: is having my windows 7 disk.)
    cd boot
    bootsect /nt60 x:
