Please Be Considerate when Scheduling OT Services

For New Patients

Please make sure Initial Evaluation is OT, not PT in upper column
On Monday, Wednesday, Friday- No more than 4-5 new patients per day
Tuesday and Thursday- No more than 2-3 new patients between the hours of
7am-12pm.
**Please do not double book new patients and Medicare patients**
Do not book a new patient every hour. Please spread out new patients
throughout the day to give therapist ample time to give client centered care.
Please do not schedule new patients after 3:30- If necessary, please ask first!

Other Considerations when Scheduling

Please do not book children under the age of 13 on Monday, Wednesday
and Friday. Please book these children on Kaylas schedule, on Tuesday and
Thursday between 12-5pm.
Put daily visit with color instead of Medicare/workcomp
Please be cautious and put PT patients on PT schedule and OT patients on
OT schedule. This will reduce scheduling conflicts and increase patient care.
