Call to Order: Committee meeting of Rwanda Pharmaceutical Students Association was held at the
Faculty of Medicine in Huye on the 15th December 2014. The meeting convened at 5:10 PM, Vice
President Beingana Geoffrey presiding.

Next Semester Work Plan Points of Discussion:
RPSA 6th IPS: Postponed date due to academic calendar requires reorganization of event.
4th AfPS: Vice President initiated the motion for RPSA to take over the task of finding room and
board for the Rwandan Students.
Research&Education: Workshops- Patient Counseling Training.
Proposals- Research on Unplanned Pregnancies in UR-Huye campus.
Public Health: -Ebola campaign Proposal.
-Cancer Day.
-Rwanda Diabetic Association Training for Volunteers.
Information&Publication:-Increase Merchandise sale by recruiting RPSA Committee members
-Widen the pool of merchandise e.g. T-SHIRTS
-Membership cards
-Update Social media e.g. Youtube uploads
Student Exchange Program:- 18 Applicants for SEP
-2 Notification applications
