New PAC to Register with State Seeking Medicinal


Marijuana Ballot Question in 2012 Election

INDIANAPOLIS – ReLegalize Indiana PAC will be filing its official registration papers
with the Indiana Election Division of the Secretary of State’s office the morning of
January 11th. The filing will take place in the offices of the Election Division of the
Secretary of State’s office located at the Indiana Government Center South.

Bill Levin, Executive Director of ReLegalize Indiana, or RLI, is registered as a lobbyist


for the purpose of lobbying members of the General Assembly and executive
branch. Levin seeks to schedule a public question for the ballot in 2012 that would
repeal the ban on cultivation of marijuana and hemp for medicinal and industrial
uses, respectively.

The filing of Re-Legalize Indiana PAC’s registration will take place at 10am at the
Secretary of State’s offices located at 302 West Washington Street Room E-204 in
the Indiana Government Center South Building. Mr. Levin will be joined by RLI
Treasurer Daniel Flack and they will both make themselves available to any media
present outside the offices of the Election Division directly after filing their
paperwork for any questions or photo opportunities.
