I. Objectives
- To be able to understand the principles of electric conductivity and compare the degree
of conductivity of different materials.
II. Materials
1. 3-inches flatcord, g 16 + 1 incandescent bulb (25 W)
2. 1 pc. Receptacle 2x2
3. 1 pc. Plug
4. Assorted conducting & non-conducting materials.
- 2 bottles of purified water
- 1 coke solo

1. Distilled Water
2. Purified Water
3. Mineral Water
4. Drinking Fountain
5. Distilled water with salt
6. Purified water with plain coffee
7. Drinking Fountain with 3 in 1 coffee
8. Coke
9. Soy Sauce
10. Vinegar
11. Fish Sauce

V. Conclusion
Base on what Ive observed, the purified are insulators because it is purely clean
water and those kind of waters are not conductors, same as the distilled water. The
drinking fountain is not a good conductor but still a conductor because it has minerals
which are considered as conductors, same as the mineral water. The water with salt and
coffee are great conductors since it is not purely clean and there are solid substances that
are considered as conductors. Soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce are also great conductors
because they all have salt.
