She has been an amazing help to me and our students. It is with a heavy heart that we say good bye to her. The students and | have become very attached to Miss Johnson, which is so. easy to do with her upbeat attitude and caring personality. | am just amazed at how far she has come in this fifteen week journey. | do not have an easy class academically or behaviorally. | have taught for 32 years and this group challenges me ona regular basis. Miss Johnson has been so open to suggestions and support and has gotten to a place where she really can handle what they throw at her. She has learned to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of the vast spread we have in abilities. She has also learned to insist on proper classroom behavior and has put into place great strategies for making that happen. Miss Johnson has a wonderful work ethic and is very professional in all aspects of the Job. She is really a team player and steps up when things need done. She is responsible and reliable. For these reasons | feel she is a very strong candidate for a teaching position in an elementary school setting.
