As I mentioned on the last email, +1 day and +4.5 days are the average time. This number
calculated by: Total recruitment time/total recruitment requisition.
In some position, time to recruiting is +24 days compare with requested time, but others just
take +1 days compare it.
In 2012, we remain set up KPI for recruitment is + 30 days to assure that all recruitment
requisition will have new person on time. We can set the time to adapt new person is +4.5 or
less than, but it is impossible for us to recruitment some position in company, especially
position required high skill and good knowledge about automobile such as sales, service staff,
accounting staff and in that year just having recruitment requisition of this position.
Personnel situation is very difficult to forecast, therefore we must set KPI that we possible to
do.
