Winter Break Workout (No Equipment Needed)

Complete the workout with the amount of sets and reps necessary to complete the circuit
Complete the circuit without a break
When finished, take a 2-3 MINUTE BREAK, THEN REPEAT THE CIRCUIT.
Finish the circuit the second time.
Finish by stretching
Remember you are only cheating yourself if you dont do anything over break
