Brief Description: I assessed my learning process through a
reflective journal demonstrating my understanding of
inquiry.
Rationale: To document my understanding of Standard 10:
Leadership and Collaboration, I have attached my journal
assignment. By practicing an active role of self-assessment
and examination I am making a responsible action for the
students growth. Making ongoing reflections allow me to
develop and achieve specific objectives and standards to
engage the learner. I am able to build upon each activity to
better serve others and lead professional roles.
