Mr. Romulus McNeil, my Guidance counselor at The Academy for Technology and Academics, informed
me of the single copy district manager position at your News Company. He speaks very highly of the
paper, and after learning more about the position, I am confident that I am qualified and would like to
be considered.
Currently I am completing my senior year at The Academy of Technology and Academics. I have excelled
in the Integrated Business Applications course at school, and I have excellent communication skills. In
our Integrated Business Applications course, we were taught to use Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and
Access. Im more than capable of thinking on my feet in tricky situations and prioritizing tasks.
My work experience and school activities have given me the opportunity to work with people to achieve
group goals. I have a dependable car and insurance, and am more than willing to be flexible with my
time. Early morning work isnt a problem.
