The Miss World organization has decided to ban its swimsuit portion in competitions. It
will now feature a beachwear portion rather than a bikini show. The decision was done in
an effort to take the focus off the physical appeal of the contestants and more on the
contestants dedication to charity work. National director of Miss World, Chris Wilmer
expressed that he wants the transition to further emphasize Miss Worlds Beauty with a
Purpose message. "Miss World should be a spokesperson who can help a community,"
Wilmer told ABC press. "She's more of an ambassador, not a beauty queen. It's more
about the outreach and what a woman could do with a title like Miss World." The
organization is geared to turn Miss World into a more lifestyle competition.

San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh (Har-barl) is shooting down reports that he is
debating an offer from Michigan to become the new football coach at his alma mater.
Harbaugh has one season left on a five-year contract with the team. Despite the rumors,
all season long, Harbaugh has said he won't let outside issues affect him. My focus is the
same as the players' focus, the same as the coaches' focus, focused on the practice field,
focused in meetings, by our players, by our coaches and by me said the coach.
Offensive coordinator Greg Roman, who worked on Harbaugh's staff before joining him
in the NFL, said everybody wants to end the season on a positive note despite all the
outside speculations about the coachs future.

2) Analysis
The process in making the news script was quite simple. I gathered my articles from
authentic new sources, read them thoroughly and cut off information I didnt feel was
necessary to include. I then reword the stories in my own words and briefly summarized
my findings. Next, I put my information in a paragraph to paragraph format. In my
summaries I also included the days the events happened and included quotes from
sources with their names attached.
