ABSTRACT

Being an entrepreneur requires courage, commitment and vision to work through and with the
economic forces at play. In a developing country like Pakistan, entrepreneurship has increased risks and
threats than those in more stable developed economies. Inspite of the difficult business conditions there
are men who through their hard work and insistence have turned their dreams into reality. The case
illustrates the success story of such an individual who from being a small shopkeeper has managed to
become an owner of rice factory and leader in its industry. Such success stories serve as an inspiration
for those hesitant at taking risks and exploring new business avenues and this case aims at studying one.
