Project introduction
We are going to start a boys garment shop BOYZ
PLANET in Ranchi.
I got this idea because there is a big requirement of
men's apparels in this area.
There are very less no. of good shops for boys
collection.

Qualities
The boys planet will be in main market area location & in
the way of colleges.
I will keep the latest fashion jeans ,trousers ,t-shirts ,shirts
,jackets formal shirts & trousers etc.
Medium brands like FLU ,BOYD,TDI,SPARKY etc. will
available there.

Technical analysis
Area of shop is 1624.
Well furniture & lighting will be according to best
garments shop.
Shop will be fully air conditioned.
Small parking place also available at the location

Market Plan
When I was analysing I found not any strong
competitor
The cost of competitor price are to much

Not latest fashion garments are available with

competitors
With survey of 100 people I found they required a
new shop with a special men's collection with good
price
So there is a possible growth of the business

Strategies
Pricing
I will add 50% price on the cost of the products. And
provide 20% of fix discount on every product.

For example- if a jeans cost is 1000 then I will pricing

as rs.1500 on which I will give discount rs.300 (20%)and
20% will my profit.
Advertisement
advertisement through pamphlet, news paper &
hoardings near colleges.

Financial analysis

rent of the shop is rs.5000 per month and rs.50,000

Furniture & Equipment expense will around rs.1Lac

A/c cost rs.50,000

Shop will starts with stock of rs.2Lac

2 sales person will be required with the salary of rs.5000 per month each

advertisement expense will rs.20,000

Total cost will around = rs.4,45,000

Rest rs.55,000 as reserve

Fund will be arrange through self .

as security money.

I assume that there will be sale of around rs.10000 daily .
so the daily income will around rs.2,000 daily so monthly
income will be around rs.70,000
