In Questionnaires use 5-7 point scale u can use 6 pt scale if u want them to make a
decision
Ues netzumfrage or something recommended to use online survey, closed question
Which stakeholders will we be managing what needs do each
stakeholders have,measures taken to ensure that there will be no gap
in expectations btw MCT and stakeholders?
Academic Supervisor - Proj Mgmt make sure goal is reachable in
timeframe and third feedback on project ideas Ususally chair s or
adjunct faculty
Open discussion and escalation process that is clear
Three main deliverables - thesis, presentation, status report
Project reports need goals, timelines & subdeliverables and allocation
of tasks and responsibilities - milestone review and what has been
accomplished and still needs doing
