Dear Sir,
&&&&&
Thank you for your time and meeting with our Director Mr.Prabhu at your office on 14th, July
(Saturday). As explained to you as on date we have an outstanding payment of 287 Lakhs since
August 2011 and if we take the order which is on hold currently, the total outstanding is about Rs.
567 Lakhs when the equipment will be ready for dispatch.
Sir, we understood the situation of NOCL, having extended our support for almost a year now,
extending further support is now impossible as we are in a bleeding situation of not being able to
meet our Salary, Statutory Payments and pay our Material suppliers of M/s. NOCL Project.
Our Bankers are forcing us to bring in funds, by way of liquidation of property. This is a very
deadly situation as we have to close down the operations and lay off staffs and workmen after 30
years of Business Life.
Sir, with hands folded, we plead your goodself to help us in releasing the payment due and save
our company and the livelihood of our staffs and employees.
Your commitment to pay by Aug 2012 is not helping us and we once again plead for your
personal intervention to release the pending payments immediately and save us from
closing down the company.
With Regards,
K.Balasubramanian,
Chairman.
