pascal is the SI unit of pressure.

pressure=force(N) per unit area(m2)

therefore 1 pascal=1 N/m2.
1 kg = 9.8 N
therefore 1 pascal = 1/9.8 kg/m2
1 pascal = 0.102 kg/m2.
1 pascal=1Newton/M2 or 1kg/m.s2
1pascal cannot be measured simply in kg/m2 alone,second is needed to be included
Yes, as others have said:
Pascal = force per unit area. A measure of pressure/stress.
[Pa] = [N] / [m^2] = [kg m / s^2] / [m^2] = [kg] / [m s^2]
Might be clearer if you write it out on a paper. Just know that a Newton is defined as a (kg*m) / s^2.

Necesito saber como transformo 3800 lb/pulg2 a

kg/cm2?
En ese caso te basta un clculo aproximado:
100 PSI = 7 kgr/cm
3800 psi (lbf/pulg2) = 38 x 7 = 266 kgr/cm
Espero que ayude.
Saludos.

Pd. te pas una regla sencilla, dividir las psi por 100 y multiplicar por 7, pero un valor mejor, si se
buscase ms exactitud sera:
1 lbf = 0.4536 kgf (0.45359237 ms exacto an)
1 pulg2 = 2.54 cm x 2.54 cm = 6.4516 cm
1 lb/pulg = 1 psi = 0.4536 / 6.4516 = 0.07031 psi / (kgf/cm)

Entonces:
3800 psi = 3800 x 0.07031 = 267.17 kgf/cm
Pero no creo que te preocupe ese error de aproximacin...
:)

1 lb=454gr=o,454kg
3800lb*0,454=1725,2kg
!"=2,54cm
(1")2=2,54*2,54=6,452cm2
3800lb/pulg2=1725,2kg/6,452Cm2
1725,2/6,452=267,39
3800Lb/pulg2=267,39Kg/cm2
