Dear Sirs,
Upon arrival at and after taking water sounding it was found that there is a quality of

Considering my protest (lodged at on ), copy of which is attached, I reject and deny

your protest as above, for the reasons contained therein, which in fact proved to be
correct and sound I, therefore, hold you fully responsible for any direct or indirect
consequences, which might arise out of this contamination.
