Following are the changes observed in QIP :

1) Below mentioned activities are deleted in the QIP :

a) Existing TEMA Sheet (Documentation)
b) Submission of un-priced Purchase Order before order Placement (Material Control)
c) Sealing Strip with Baffle Plate (FIT-UP)
d) Sealing Strip with Baffle Plate (Welding)
e) Sliding Bars with Baffle Plate (Welding)
2) The QC status for WELDING is changed to Monitor (M) in QIP, instead of Hold (H).
3) The TIP/AI status of activity Saddle with saddle pads (Welding) is changed to Monitor (M) instead
of Review (R).
4) The TPI/AI status of activity Tube to tube sheet joints (Welding) is changed to Monitor (M)
instead of Review (R).
5) In the activity Material Control, the QC, Client and TPI/AI status are mentioned as H,R, R
respectively, besides the status in front of each sub activity.
