PROJECTS AND TRAINING

Training in Basic Molecular Techniques, Plant Tissue Culture, Histopathology and Chromatography from
G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (Nainital, Uttarakhand).
Description: The training aimed at learning the Basic Molecular Techniques like ELISA, DIA, SDS-PAGE and
it also cleared concept of making permanent slide and staining them in Histopathology. Plant Tissue
Culture technique and Chromatography was also performed.

Minor project in determining the Oxidative stress produced by Carbon Tetrachloride in Mouse model
from UIET, PU.
Description: The project determined the Oxidative stress produced by performing the following tests:
Protein Estimation, LPO Test, GST Test, Catalase Test, Hsp 70 protein expression and HMOX gene.

Major project on Construction of Genomic Library from UIET, PU.

Description: The project aimed at construction of Genomic Library of D.hansenii CBS767 Strain using
CfARS16PAG25 plasmid and DH5-Alpha host organism.
