Deep Dish Pizza

3 cup Bisquick
cup water

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.


2. Lightly grease jellyroll or 2 9" cake pans.

1 pound lean ground beef


cup chopped onion
3 cubes beef bouillon

3. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough

5. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, bouillon,


and garlic powder until beef is brown and
bouillon is dissolved.

6. Mix tomato sauce and oregano. Spread
evenly over dough.
7. Spoon beef mixture evenly over sauce.

8. Top with mushrooms, bell pepper, and
cheese.

9. Bake until crust is golden brown -- about
20-25 minutes.

Dough

Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.

3 cups Bisquick

2. With a large spoon, stir in Bisquick and


olive oil until forms a coarse ball.
3. Place dough on surface dusted with
Bisquick

4. Knead dough for 3-4 minutes and allow the
dough to relax for 5 minutes.
5. Grease a pizza pan with olive oil and place
the dough inside.
6. Shape dough inside pan.
7. Preheat oven to 400F.
8. Add toppings. (Tomatoes, Parmesan
cheese, Mozzarella, mushroom, onions,
beef, sausage, etc.)
9. Bake 20-30 minutes.
