Voting Pad Total Sense Technology

The VP-1500 voting pad device is a data
entry peripheral for use by voters in an
election. Based on our novel Total-Sense
Technology, it depicts the available
electoral options pre-printed on a paper
template overlaying the touch-sensitive
membranes, thus mimicking a traditional
voting means based on a paper ballot.

The VP-1500 is a state-of-the-art touch-sensitive voting pad with a unique design that guarantees total accuracy in capturing
the voters selection. Distinctive characteristics:
Options are easy to identify visually.
Options are easy to select by applying minimal pressure.
Adjacent LED indicator unique per selection.
Possibility to connect, two or more voting pads, to increase the number of electoral options.
Each touch-sensitive area, corresponding to a candidate or option, has a LED indicator that turns on when pressed. This
feature allows the voter to confirm the choice made.

Total-Sense Technology
This technology consists of touch-sensitive sections having augmented areas, in order to increase the accuracy and usability,
leaving almost no margin of error when pressing an option for a candidate or an answer. This is achieved by implementing two
layer membranes which make contact upon a moderate pressure on the area.
