Introduction to CHARUSAT Hospital

The first phase of hospital project is under execution. Survey of 10000 rural population of CHAROTAR region was
done for the hospital planning and feasibility. Moreover 20 hospitals across the India including few top hospital has
been visited have been visited for the hospital planning. Architectural plan has been finalized with HCP design
Associates- Ahmedabad. In the first phase it will have a total construction of around 3 lacs q. Ft. Presently
construction work of around 60000 sq. ft. is over. The building is ready now and the first phase is likely to be
commissioned by July 2013.

ABOUT HOSPITAL:To serve the society and community in better way, a 450 bed world class multispecialty hospital-CHARUSAT
hospital has been planned. The hospital is being established with the motto of CARE WITH COMPENSION. It will
provide sophisticated and advanced diagnostic, medical and surgical facilities. It will offer these healthcare services
to people of all strata of society with affordable rates. The hospital is planning to be developed in three phases as
under:

PROJECT DETAILS:

CHARUSAT HOSPITAL PROJECT is G+3 structures having an area 6966 Sq.m.

Estimated construction cost of the CHARUSAT HOSPITAL PROJECT for civil engineering work is ` 45 crore.

PHISYOTHERAPY COLLEGE is G+2 structures having an area 2149 Sq. m.

This project has an estimated cost of ` 14 crore for civil engineering works.

The plinth area rate is `1800/Sq. Ft.
