Creating Derived Role:

Hit the T_Code PFCG

Enter a name for the role and click on Create Role button
(Note: You should note that the roles supplied by SAP begin with the prefix "SAP_". If you are creating your
own user roles, do not use the SAP namespace. Start with either Y or Z)

Give Description (contains 61 characters only) & also enter Long text if needed

Press F4 in Derive from Role field

 Click on Start search button or press Enter

Select master role and click on Copy button

It asks confirmation, press Yes

Selected Parent role appears in Derive from Role field, Click on Menu tab

Here we can find the imported menu from master role

Click on Authorizations tab

Click on Change authorization data button

Initially no org. levels are available

Note: Some traffic signals are in green color & some are in yellow color

 Maintain org. levels as per our requirement

Note: After marinating org. levels traffic signals turned into green color)

Click on Save button or press Ctrl+S

It gives profile name, click on execute button

Data was saved

Click on generate button

Profile created

Click on back button or press F3 to go back

Here we finds that lights in Menu tab & Authorizations tab turned into green color
