(Huong) work as counselor,
however both of the staff are
too busy with their work in the
Infectious disease Dept, hardly
had time for counseling job

Counselor has not updated


counseling procedures as per
Circular 32
Counseling skill of Mr Thuan is
limited. Dr Huong was absent
thus no chance to discuss this
issue
