GENERAL COMMENTS Seminar Strengths: + Engagement — Adam was always “on” in seminar actively participating in all learning activities and approaching each class with a positive spirit that made him an absolute asset to ave inthe classroom. Asa teacher, this will equate toa colleague eager todo whatever is needed to make the school a great place for children! + Work thi Adam possesses a very strong work ethic, puting sold effort ino his assignments and planning. His work ethic i a personal ‘tribute that will serve him well inthe demanding profession he strives to auain + Collaboration wth peers — During the seminar classes, Adam was a valued classmate who supported his peers by actively partcipaling in the ‘microteaches/presentations of others. He was very open toa collaboration activities and working together asa team, an atribute that will ‘be beneficial 10 Adam on a future school staff: He was definiely a leader when it came o collaboration during the seminar classes Areas for Future Growth: + Confidence ~ Adam is going 1 be an exceptional teacher inthe future and needs 1 continue to build his confidence working with peers and inhis own abilities. As Adam continues to gain experience, Ihave no doubt that he will continue to develop his confidence in his skills and abilities *+ Writing — Adam needs to continue 10 work on improving his writing sills (spelling. mechanics, grammar). I would suggest seeking out additional support or classes to continue refining his skills. He recognizes this as an area to focus upon moving forward. ‘Overall Comments ‘Throughout the ED 2500 experience, Adam has demonstrated a high level of commitment to education and ha been valuable contributing member to his colleagues in the seminar. With continued growth and learning, | fel assured that Adam wil be a valuable addition to the teaching profession in ‘the future.
