Mass is the amount of matter in an object,

that weight is the force of gravity on the mass

of an object, and the force of gravity varies
from planet to planet.

Everything in the universe is affected by

gravity.

The pull of gravity is towards the center of

the Earth.

Gravity is what keeps all of the planets in

orbit around the sun.

Weight comes from our mass, the Earths

mass, and gravity.

The larger the object, the more mass it will

have, but weight changes depending on
location. For example, different planets have
different masses, and therefore stronger or
weaker gravitational pull.
