(tinnitus), running nose (rhinorreha), bloody nose
(epistaxis), tooth ache
Neuro- Headaches, seizures, fainting (syncope)
Psych- Depression, Anxiety, SI
Cardiac- SOB, Chest Pains, palpitations
Resp- Cough, wheezing, sputum production
GI- Abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting
GU- Frequency, urgency, dysuria
MSK- Muscle pain (myalgias) or joint pain
(arthralgias) , pain with ambulation, Decreased
ROM
Skin- Itching, rashes, changes in moles
Heme/Lymp- Bleeding gums, easily bruising,
swollen glands or nodes (Lymphadenopathy)
Endo- Excessive hunger/thirst, large amounts of
urine (poluria), Temperature intolerance
Allergic/Immunologic- Itchy/watery eyes, food
intolerances, Hx recurrent infections
