Meeting Minutes 11/30

Attendance Please let us know as soon as possible if your skater will not be at practice. In
other words, please contact us before the practice that will be missed. In case you do not

Exhibition Skate The WFSC Holiday Exhibition Skate is Wednesday, Dec. 17. Open-Juv
is skating, as is a number of synchro skaters individually. Come support all our skaters!
The schedule is as follows:
a.
6:30 Open-Juv warm-up (Skaters should be at the rink ready to go with hair in a
simple ponytail by 6:15).
b.
6:40 - Individual warm-up
c.
7:00 The show starts!!!

Competitions (More detailed information will be coming) Both teams will compete at:
a.
Hiawathaland in Rochester Feb. 7-8. Beginner will have practice ice Saturday night
and competition on Sunday afternoon. Open-Juv will compete on Sunday afternoon
without practice ice.
b.
Eau Claire on March 13-15. Both teams will have practice ice Saturday night with
competition on Sunday afternoon.

Potluck Team Dinner Us coaches would like the girls to have an opportunity to spend
some time together off the ice before they compete in Rochester. We were hoping for a
potluck dinner. We need a response to a few things. 1) We are tentatively planning for
Jan. 17th or 24th. Please let me know if one or both dates work for you. 2) If you would be
willing to host both teams for dinner at your place (there will be approx. 16 girls and
parents).

The next parent meeting will be Sunday, Jan. 4. This meeting will cover lots of detailed
information for the Rochester competition.
