She also performed as a medical assistant and prepared exam rooms and called patients to the rooms and kept the patient flow during clinic hours very smooth. She communicated with the physician and staff superbly and is very pleasant to work with. She also was trained to enter and make appointments in the medical management software. She answered phones when needed and also helped enter bad debt information into the software and verified patient balances.
