system in which there is a prosecutor
defendant, and the judge is
independent of the prosecutor. So
there is a fairer trial.
2. They are using new persuaders to get
rid of conflicts of interest for judges
and to hold public trials for criminal
cases.

Drug Trafficking

1. Prosecute and investigate organized

crime and have the US and Peru work
together to fight the laundering of drug
money.
2. Perus military is using drones and
military aircrafts to locate where drug
deals transporting drugs and
destroying them.

Human Trafficking

1. More prosecuting of the people that

organize the trafficking. Increase the
flow of information between the
different police organizations and
prosecutors.
2. Offer more protection and shelter and
care for the victims that are recruited
and coerced into slavery or
prostitution.

Conditions in Jail

1. They are overcrowded, they should

build more jails.
2. Higher more guards to maintain
control over all the prisoners because
there is a lack of it.

Murder Rate

1. To prosecute organized crime

networks because most of the
murders are related to drug trafficking.
2. Better coordinate intelligence
gathering and training police and
security in order to find the criminals.
