2. Paathahasthasana -- Front bending, breathe OUT & hold, 20 counts, 3 times.
3. Utkattasana1 -- breathe OUT & sit, after that normal breathe, 3 times.
4. Utkattasana2 -- side leg position, breathe IN & hold.
5. Ardha Chakrasana -- breathe OUT.
6. Konasana -- Side bending, breathe OUT.
7. Eka Padhasana -- Single leg, breathe IN & hold.
8. Veerasana1 -- normal breathe.
9. Veerasana2 -- Aanjaneyar pose, breathe IN & hold.
10. Mayilasana -- Leg catch, opposite hand rise.

Sitting
1. Bathmasana -- basic.
2. Bathmasana -- Yogamuthra, forward bending, Breathe OUT.
3. Pachimothasana -- Sitting, bend and touch thumb, breathe OUT.
4. Vajrasana -- normal & forward bend.
5. Vakrasana -- One leg over another leg & hold with opposite hand.
