(INVIGILATORS ATTENDANCE RECORD)
o Records about invigilators attendance are properly maintained on daily basis.
TASK 3
(INVIGILATORS PERFORMANCE REPORT)
o Some of them found little bit late on their duty.
o Some Invigilators found good performance about discipline and control on class,
but few of them did not have full control on class because of their friendly
behavior with students.
o Also noticed that, behavior of few faculty members is not good with their faculty
members, as well as exams control team members.
o Invigilators sign students objectives and answer sheets without confirmation of
their section name and their control number.
TASK 4
(STUDENTS ATTENDENCE RECORD)
o Records about the students who attempt the exams, their attendance are
properly maintained chronologically.
o Practical students exams were also taken accordingly and also maintained their
attendance.
o Absent students records were also maintained paper-wise and properly
informed to their Parents/Guardians about their absence in exams.
