Boss Tweed worked
his way up to become
the head of Tammany
Hall, and formed the
Tweed Ring.

Tilden only needed
one vote to win. And
magically, Hayes won.
But whether it was

THE ASSASSINATION OF
WILLIAM MCKINLEY

The president took two shots, one hit his

abdomen, ripping apart his stomach, pancreas
and kidneys. The other supposedly bounced off
the presidents button and got tucked into his
clothing. The Assassin in question is 28-yearold Leon Czolgosz.
