Parallel & perpendicular lines

Properties of parallel lines are they have the same slope, equidistance, and
they dont intersect angles. Three items that contain parallel lines would be
the desks in the class room, rail road tracts, and the lines on a football filed.

Properties of perpendicular lines is they form a 90 degree angles, they both

lie on the same plane, they create 4 special lines, and they are all right
angles. Three items that contain perpendicular lines would be the windows on
the door shown, and soccer goal, and the tiles on the floor.

Summary-Parallel

Parallel lines never interest or touch, they are also the same distance apart
along the whole lines.

Summary-Perpendicular

Perpendicular lines intersect at the point and create 4 right angles witch
equals 90 degrees.
