Sub:- Complaint against Teestha Setalvad for hacking my e-mail account crime U/s 65, 66 & 72 of Information Technology Act 2000, Dear Sir; This is to bring to your kind notice that I was working as Coordinator in Citizen of Justice & Peace, an NGO headed by Teestha Setalvad. 1 worked from 28/02/2002 till 18/01/2008. I was sacked from the organization without any notice or reason but I feel it was probably due to my refusal to do certain acts which were not in the interest of Communal Harmony. I use to get instructions from Teestha Setalvad related to various riot cases pending in Gujarat on my following e-mail accounts i. “2 pathan@rediftmail.com, and According to recent reports published in Divya Bhaskar, Ahmedabad on 24 August’10 with a caption “Teesthaae balatkari vaat mari jaan bahar umeri : Nanumiya “. Copy enclosed. Similar, reports were also published in other newspapers. In the said news report it was reported that Namuniya Rasulmiya Malik witness of Naroda Gam & Madina Banu rape cases during their deposition at Special Fast Track Trial Court disowned certain paris of affidavit submitted before the Supreme Court. In the affidavits submitted before the SC, Nanumiya & Madina had stated that Madina was raped during the massacre, but she denied this in her statement before the SIT as well as in the Trial Court. . Nanumiya claimed that, “I deliberately & without his knowledge added certain paragraphs in his affidavit”. I deny having made any changes in these affidavits. I wish to state that, these affidavits were not prepared by me & were sent to me by Teestha Setalvad from Mumbai for obtaining signatures of witnesses. I use to get e-mails in my above mentioned e-mail accounts from Teestha Setalvad from her following e-mail © accounts — i.e. sia @ rediffmail.com, Clerk conics AC Pokee Ahmedabad City opssabrang@bom2.vsnl.netin & cjp02in o.com, Password of my above mentioned two e-mail accounts (aiskhanpathan@yahoo.co.in, raiskhanpathan@ nail.com) was azizkhan & it was known to Teestha Setalvad. Password of my 3” e-mail account (caiskhanpathan30@yshoo.in ) was not given to me by Teestha. When I was abruptly sacked from the services of CJP on 18/01/2008, Teestha changed the password of my e-mail account a day before my sacking. She hacked my e-mail accounts & I am not aware whether she is still operating these accounts in my name or not. In my opinion she has committed a crime U/s 65- Tampering with computer source documents, U/s 66- Hacking with computer system, U/s 72- Breach of confidentiality & privacy of Information Technology Act 2000. Proper investigation will reveal that she is not only involved of tampering & hacking my e-mail accounts but almost all affidavits so far signed by various witnesses/victims in different riot cases were drafted & sent by her only to me for obtaining the signatures of innocent victims & witnesses. T humbly request your honor to register this complaint against Teestha Setalvad & investigate my all e-mail accounts since beginning to ascertain the truth, so that guilty is punished & innocent person like me is not defamed in the society. he Raiskhan.
